Antony White
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Tony has extensive experience in launching, developing, and managing technology-based start-up companies. He was instrumental in founding both of the predecessor companies to enChoice, namely ICI Solutions, Inc. and en technologies corporation. Tony is a pioneer in the ECM industry, having been active in the segment since 1989. His prior career included 15 years with IBM, where he advanced to a senior position before leaving to launch a start-up. In addition to serving as CEO of enChoice, Tony is a Chairman at Image Tag, and a director of the US operations of TriniTEQ, Inc. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree from Rhodes University South Africa.

Wayne Crandall
President

Wayne's 25 year career in technology spans sales, marketing, product management, strategic development and operations. Prior to joining CYA Technologies (acquired by enChoice), he was co-founder, executive officer and senior vice president of sales and business development at ScanSoft Inc (now Nuance Communications), and was responsible for growing the company to over $100M. Prior to Nuance, he was the European managing director of Xerox Imaging Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corporation, where he established them as the market leader in document recognition software throughout EMEA and the Pacific Rim. Wayne's other career successes included Kurzweil Computer Products, Philips Information Systems, NV, Lexitron (a division of Raytheon Data Systems), and Savin Business Machines.

Richard Floegel 
Chief Operating Officer

Rich has 30 years of experience in the information processing industry. His early career included 19 years with Control Data Corporation. He also served as Director of Product Marketing for CYBER Systems Peripherals. In 1988 Rich became co-founder and Vice President of Operations for Adaptive Information Systems (AIS), A Hitachi Group Company. During his seven years with AIS, he managed the development and introduction of three major system offerings for the US imaging market under the Hitachi name. Rich also served as President of Comparator Systems Corp., a biometrics company, where he was responsible for restoring the company from bankruptcy to a successful operating status. He joined ICI Solutions, an enChoice predecessor company, in 1997.  He is a board member for nuSable, Inc., and GemaTech, Inc.

John Emerson
Executive Vice President, Services & Support

John possesses over 30 years of experience in technology evaluation and development, new product introduction and positioning, project management, strategic planning, and business development for high technology businesses.  Prior to enChoice, he held the position of Sr. Vice President and managed operations at VIP Ltd., Inc., an IBM Business Partner specializing in eBusiness, eLearning, imaging, and content management systems integration. Before VIP, John served as Vice President of Marketing at TDC, a manufacturer of high-speed document scanners and subsystems.  John has also held senior management positions at Control Data Corporation and Floating Point Systems, and founded  PACE Systems, a marketing consulting firm that worked with emerging technology companies. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the AIIM & International Standards Committee for program interfaces to imaging systems.

Walter Bitaut
Executive Vice President, ECM Solutions Group
Former VP of Sales at enChoice predecessor ICI Solutions, Wally has been influential in the ECM industry since 1985. Having joined FileNet two years after it was formed, he served as Area Systems Manager, controlling project implementations across thirteen states and Canada through 1990. As founder and co-founder of several businesses, Wally has designed, developed, and sold solutions within numerous market segments. Over the course of his career, he has implemented 100+ ECM solutions, specifically for business critical, process-enabled enterprise applications and systems. He has been the driving factor behind the success of enChoice's proprietary KwikWork Business Process Framework in the business process management marketplace.  

Michelle Christensen
Executive Vice President, Sales, ECM Solutions Group

Michelle possesses a stellar 17-year track record in IBM software sales both in the United States and worldwide. Prior to joining enChoice, she served as the IBM Information Management Sales Executive for Upstate New York and New England. During this time, Michelle garnered numerous accolades, including the 2004 IBM Software Sales Manager of the Year award and the 2000 and 2004 IBM Global Golden Circle - the company’s highest sales award. A published author and recognized ECM expert, Michelle has delivered keynote presentations at the Image Archive Forum and Image Network Group annual meetings. She has also been a frequent presenter at the annual Global Xplor Conference since 1994. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree from Michigan Technological University.

Chris Worton
Executive Vice President, Sales, ECM Infrastructure Group
Chris possesses a decade of business continuity experience. He joined CYA Technologies (now part of enChoice) after growing the East Coast presence of BC Management, the premier executive recruiting firm in business continuity. Prior to BC Management, Chris helped thousands of organizations worldwide meet their business continuity, disaster recovery, risk, IT and emergency response challenges in his role with Strohl Systems (now SunGard), where he was the senior vice president of sales. He has been actively involved in the Association of Contingency Planners and has written several articles for Continuity Insights magazine. Chris received an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University and a BA in business and economics from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa.
