Kerrie Holley

An internationally recognized thought leader, Kerrie has authored a distinguished career in the technology space. He has received numerous recognitions and awards, including becoming the first IBM Fellow from IBM Global Services. Holley specializes in AI applications (Artificial Intelligence) and is known for his innovative work in architecture and software engineering, specifically in scalable services, next-era computing, and digital transformation. He currently holds the position of Director, Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Solutions, at Google Cloud. Holley obtained a B.A. in mathematics from DePaul University and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.

Doug Henwood

Doug acquired a diverse knowledge of business operations having spent decades as an auditor, and later an executive, in the automotive, aviation, and technology industries. A founder of a major aviation group, Doug went on to become CFO, and then Deputy CEO, of one of South Africa’s largest computer companies. Doug’s personal interests include environmental and wildlife conservation. He has served for 22 years as a board member for a non-profit that manages a “Big 5” game reserve in the northern part of South Africa. Doug is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Cape Town.

Brian Curry

With more than 20 years of experience in finance and planning for international technology companies, Brian Curry became part of the enChoice team in 2005. He is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and human resources. Brian previously worked at Mercator Software in various financial management roles. He holds a MBA in finance and a BBA in accounting from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.

Clark Hoffman

Clark Hoffman serves as the Corporate Development officer for enChoice, Inc. Clark’s experience includes companies engaged in technology services, construction, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution. He specializes in merger and acquisitions and the development of capital resources. His previous career includes leadership positions for Adjacent Technologies, Austin Ribbon & Computer Supplies, Architectural Granite & Marble, Cold Spring Granite Company, Centex Corporation, and Mobil Chemical Company. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

François Spruyt

A longtime veteran of the Information and Communication Technology industry, François spent 10 years with IBM, as well as significant time serving on the board of a major ICT organization. After nearly three decades in the industry space, François decided to pursue a passion of ecological preservation with the Welgevonden Game Reserve. He currently serves the chairman of the board at Welgevonden and is instrumental in bringing in new technologies to support the organization. Antony (Tony) White

Tony has extensive experience in launching, developing, and managing technology-based start-up companies. He was instrumental in founding both of the predecessor companies to enChoice, namely ICI Solutions, Inc. and en technologies corporation. Tony is a pioneer in the ECM industry, having been active in the segment since 1989. His prior career included 15 years with IBM, where he advanced to a senior position before leaving to launch a start-up. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree from Rhodes University South Africa.

Dave Parks
Chief Executive Officer

Dave Parks has over 25 years of experience in the digital strategy and transformative solutions arena. Beginning his career as a software developer, he eventually transitioned into technology management, technical sales and solution sales roles. Dave founded Adjacent Technologies, Inc. in 2002, and was acting CEO until merging Adjacent with enChoice in late 2019. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Texas A&M University.
