A message from our CEO

“In 2023 enChoice turns 30. I joined the company as part of an acquisition in 2019 and the CEO role has been humbling. I’ve had the chance to get to know the individuals that make up our origin and growth history. Their stories inspire me daily to balance profitability with human centered practices. What I know for sure about our workforce and leaders is that we care about each other as much as we care about being exceptional for our customers and partners. This means we need to be comfortable with diversity. Diversity of thought, background and experiences leads to progress and innovation. We are global with a knowledge capture team in the UK which adds an extra layer of intelligence to our DNA.
Do we have gaps when it comes to diversity? I would say yes. Do we want to adapt to the changing world with new expectations? Absolutely! That’s why we’ve created a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee, hired external consultants and have an inclusion roadmap.
Inclusion is not isolated from culture. We are in the midst of a culture renaissance and I invite you to express your interest by sending your resume to [email protected]. Be part of a a company that is steeped in transparency, service and learning!”
