Antony (Tony) White
Executive Chairman

Tony has extensive experience in launching, developing, and managing technology-based start-up companies. He was instrumental in founding both of the predecessor companies to enChoice, namely ICI Solutions, Inc. and en technologies corporation. Tony is a pioneer in the ECM industry, having been active in the segment since 1989. His prior career included 15 years with IBM, where he advanced to a senior position before leaving to launch a start-up. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree from Rhodes University South Africa.

Dave Parks
Chief Executive Officer

Dave Parks has over 25 years of experience in the digital strategy and transformative solutions arena. Beginning his career as a software developer, he eventually transitioned into technology management, technical sales and solution sales roles. Dave founded Adjacent Technologies, Inc. in 2002, and was acting CEO until merging Adjacent with enChoice in late 2019. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Texas A&M University.

Brian Curry
Chief Operating Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in finance and planning for international technology companies, Brian Curry became part of the enChoice team in 2005. He is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and human resources. Brian previously worked at Mercator Software in various financial management roles. He holds a MBA in finance and a BBA in accounting from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.

Sherri Leahy
Sherri Leahy
Chief Financial Officer

Sherri has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance with most in the technology industry. She joined enChoice in 2012 as the Controller and was promoted to CFO 2022. She assisted with the many acquisitions and mergers at enChoice. Sherri is responsible for the audited financial statements, month financial reporting and forecasting. She started her career at Arthur Andersen and then moved to a career focused on Accounting in the technology world. In addition to her many years as a controller, Sherri was a founding Board Member of Dress for Success Phoenix a Non-profit empowering women to achieve economic independence. She served 2 terms at this non-profit as the finance chair. She holds a BBA in accounting from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Darrell Royal
President

Darrell joined enChoice in 2021 with responsibility for the company’s professional services, managed services, cloud services organizations. Prior to joining enChoice, Darrell held several key leadership positions in the FinTech and data storage technology spaces – including at Carreker Corporation (now part of Fiserv) and StorageTek (now part of Oracle). Darrell was also a co-founder of ManagedStorage International – an early provider of managed data storage services collocated in internet data centers. Each of these roles included primary responsibility for new solution development and productization. Most recently, he served as president of Imagine Solutions – a leading provider of enterprise content management technology and solutions. Darrell holds a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.

Jim Picardi
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Jim Picardi joined enChoice in 2013 and is responsible for the company’s sales and marketing strategy and execution. His experience encompasses over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT industry, with 25 years of expertise in the content management space. Prior to joining enChoice, Jim served as Vice President of Sales and Solutions for Kofax, where he was responsible for eastern North American sales strategy and revenue from 2009 through 2013. Previous to Kofax, Jim served as the Northeast Regional Manager for IBM’s Enterprise Content Management sales organization. Jim served as the Northeast District Manager for FileNet Corporation from 1996 until 2006, when FileNet was acquired by IBM. He was also one of FileNet’s first sales people in New England. In addition, Jim has held sales and sales leadership roles at NWI, NCR Comten, and Burroughs Corporation. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing management from Bentley University.

John Emerson
Executive Vice President, Support Services

John possesses over 30 years of experience in technology evaluation and development, new product introduction and positioning, project management, strategic planning, and business development for high technology businesses. Prior to enChoice, he held the position of Sr. Vice President and managed operations at VIP Ltd., Inc., an IBM Business Partner specializing in eBusiness, eLearning, imaging, and content management systems integration. Before VIP, John served as Vice President of Marketing at TDC, a manufacturer of high-speed document scanners and subsystems. John has also held senior management positions at Control Data Corporation and Floating Point Systems, and founded PACE Systems, a marketing consulting firm that worked with emerging technology companies. He has served as Chairman of the AIIM & International Standards Committee for program interfaces to imaging systems. ​

Bob Baatz
Vice President, Solution Delivery

Bob joined enChoice in 2022 to lead the Professional Services team with over 20 years of experience in data automation, information management, and business process improvement. Prior to enChoice, he held positions with IBM, Imagine Solutions, and most recently as Head of Customer Success at Encapture. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Management from New Mexico State University.

Robert Short
Vice President, Cloud Services

Robert Short began working with FileNet software in 1997 as a Technical consultant, installing, upgrading and supporting FileNet Content Services, Image Services, P8 Content Platform Engine, and Case Manager. Robert served as an Implementation Project Manager for FileNet, creating standard implementation processes for the installation and upgrade of IBM ECM products. Robert is VP of Cloud Services at enChoice and has built a team to deliver Digital Transformation Services to our customers, both on-prem and in the public cloud, utilizing Amazon Web Services, Armor, Azure, IBM Cloud, and Rackspace.
