Principal Consultant

enChoice is a leading provider of Digital Transformation Services, specializing in intelligent capture, enterprise content management, business process automation, and information governance solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Consultant to join our sales team.

As a Principal Consultant at enChoice, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements, develop strategic solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of our products and services to articulate value propositions and address customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales team to identify customer pain points and develop tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase enChoice's capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to sales team members throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, including scope of work, pricing, and implementation plans.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption of enChoice solutions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position enChoice's offerings in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support sales efforts.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and stay engaged with industry developments.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or pre-sales consulting roles, preferably in the enterprise software or digital transformation space. Specific experience required in intelligent capture, ECM, and BPM solutions. Strong knowledge of IBM CloudPak for Business Automation (CP4BA), Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax), and other industry leading solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex software solutions and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
